It is one of the healthiest fish to eat, especially wild-caught salmon. It has a high fat content. It is a full-flavored fish with a very colorful flesh, ranging from orange to dark red and it has a very distinctive flavor profile.

Salmon can be cooked in any way possible, It is a versatile fish. It only takes a couple minutes to cook on the grill. Baking may be a better way to retain the vitamin D content of fish. 

Eating salmon not only gives you great tasting flavor but also is a good source of nutrients needed for the body to function properly.
