Ingredients

  1. 1 Shark Fillet
  2. 1/3 cup Flour
  3. 1/3 cup Water
  4. 1/2 tbsp. of Hot Pepper sauce
  5. 1 tsp Salt
  6. 1 tsp Pepper
  7. 3 tbsp. of Green Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven at 450. Remove skin from shark with a sharp knife.

  2. 2. Lightly season skinned shark with salt and pepper.

    3. Mix all ingredients (except meat) together. Use as much water as you'd like depending on the consistency you want. Seasonings can also be adjusted.

    4. Dip meat into batter (shake off excess) and place onto greased pan. Separate battered meat so they won't touch.

    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    6. Serve with any sauce of your choice (Suggest Tamarind Sauce) .
